Božidar Pavlović is an expert in energy efficiency and renewable energy, with more than 17 years of experience in energy policy development and in the preparation and implementation of national and international projects. He is particularly committed to the development and implementation of policies related to the energy efficiency of buildings, the integration of renewable energy sources and the alignment of national legislation with the European Union legal framework. As a member of Eco-team’s Advisory Board, he contributes to the preparation of expert analyses and recommendations supporting Montenegro’s sustainable development and green energy transition.
