Momir Škopelja is a graduate electrical engineer with more than 30 years of professional experience in the energy sector, industry, public administration and energy regulation. He served as Deputy Director of the Energy Regulatory Agency, worked as an independent energy consultant and participated in regional bodies of the Energy Community and MEDREG. He has extensive experience in energy market regulation, energy efficiency, renewable energy, tariff systems and energy policy development. As a member of Eco-team’s Advisory Board, he supports the analysis of energy policies, regulatory frameworks and energy transition issues.
