Eco-team recognizes the seriousness of the problems of climate change and energy sustainability, and therefore implements a program for climate and energy. Through this program, the organization works to promote the importance of decarbonizing the energy sector, educate the community about the causes and consequences of climate change and climate policies, promote renewable energy sources and support initiatives that reduce emissions of harmful gases. Also, Eco-team cooperates with local communities, local and state institutions and other interested parties, in order to implement energy-efficient technologies and encourage the transition to green energy solutions.

Eco-team is dedicated to preserving and improving the environment through its environmental protection program. This program aims to identify, monitor and solve issues affecting ecosystems, biodiversity and the general ecological balance. Activities within this program are initiatives to expand the network of protected areas, and ensure effective and efficient management of natural resources, improvement of water resources management, as well as support for environmentally sustainable practices and advocacy of policies that favor an environmentally acceptable way of life while stimulating sustainable socio-economic activities with the aim of achieving the well-being of the community and the wider public.

Eco-team is dedicated to inspiring and empowering youth through its youth empowerment program. This program provides educational resources, workshops and mentoring to help young people gain knowledge about environmental issues, climate change, entrepreneurship and develop leadership skills and actively engage in decision-making processes. Through various projects and volunteer activities, Eco-team supports young people to become engaged members of society and leaders who contribute to sustainable development.
